[Free objects]
- Definition of the
target (type : other) of the free object : it is now possible to launch a
program. The execution parameters have to be put in brackets. For instance :
notepad.exe(c:\Windows\win.ini).
[Templates ]
- When a template is used, it is first saved in the
clipboard. If the « Paste » function was used just
afterwards, the template was pasted a second time.
The clipboard is now emptied as soon as the template has been pasted.
[Queries]
- The modification of the names and roles of the objects
are now passed on the display.
[Stereotypes]
- The « stereotype » column has been added in
the lane of the « Detail » dialogs (called by the “Model menu -
Detail function” or form the pop up dialogs “Details …” button).
[Style variants]
- Until then, when a style variant was applied on an object , the style
modification was applied on all its duplacatas.
It is now possible to apply the variant only on the selected object.
[Applying style
modifications]
- If a specific style has been applied on an object, when
a graphical option was modified, (for instance the change of stereotype or
conditioannal option), the new corresponding style was automatically applied.
Sometimes, specially in the available templates with a main object, duplicated
in a reduced size in the columns of the lanes, (cf. cartographie applicative
et technique), the change of the stereotype of the header symbol causes the
modification of style and size of the duplicated objects.
New possibility : the "Keep specific style/filter" option has been
added in all the dialogs allowing a modification of the style. Therefore, the
modifications which are specific to the object can be kept, even if the style
is modified by the change of stereotype or conditionnal option. All the
standard characteristics are following the modifications automatically
induced.
Nota : this modification is integrated in the new available templates.
[Object bar]
- Several functions that can be selected from this bar
have been added : "Details .." button for the following objects :
entity, relationship, table in the "Database" Module and class in
the "Object" Module.
For the lane : the "Add", "Adjust", "Split"
buttons has been added in the bar.
[Palettes]
- The description of the graphical option specified in
the customization of the graphical options is displayed in the tooltip of the
icons in the palette.
[Intranet
documentation]
- Database Module : better management of the foreign keys
- All the modules : improvement of the tool tip displaying in the diagrams.

[Lanes]
- Corrections in the management of the lanes, concerning :
the links, the stacked lanes, the moving and the copy/paste inside the lanes.
[Copy/paste]
- In some contexts, the pasting of a group of objects in
a diagram in which some of the objects of the group were already present
induced a crash.
[Chooser]
- Sometimes, the opening or closing of the dialogs
created the drawing of a frame associated to the pointer of the mouse.
[Reverse
engineering]
- The reverse engineering function has been restaured in
the « File » menu.
[Edit box of the
objects in the diagram]
- As this dialog was used for the first time (1er object
named in the session), the "..." button was disabled.
[Database Module
(LDM)]
- Automatic creation of an attribute from the state
definition : a crash sometimes occured.
This function, coming from the first versions of Win'Design, is actually
seldom used since the state could be modeled in all the modules.
[Object Module :

- Correction of the displaying options of the arrows in
the associations drawing.
[English version]
- Translation corrections in the intranet documentation
