Improvements
New options are now available to adjuste the
diagrams size displaying ; XSL modification. More

[Class diagrams] In the OLM,
"Private" visibility is now affected by default to the columns as
they are created.
[Memory optimization] If the target of an object was a
diagram belonging to a model that was not included int the workspace,
important memory lost occured.
[Memory optimization] Memory optimization of the
profile ressources.
[Profile] A backup file is now automatically created
when a profile is modified.
[Profile] When a stereotype is added, the parent
stereotype by default is the same than the selected stereotype.
[Progress scripts] Improvement of the alphanumeric
fields generation with the SQL-WIDTH option.
[Update scripts] The comments of the objects are no
longer automatically generated. They follow the options specified for the
scripts generation.
[Script generation]
[DBMS generation] The
foreign keys that are not implemented are no longer generated in the update
scripts.
[Rtf documentation] In every reports, the "Linked to a free
object" level returned the list of the
free objects only, that are linked to the current object (previous management of
the links with the free objects). From now on, this list contains all the
objects (of any type) linked by the free link to the current object.
The form supporting this level has been modified. The (*OBJET.NOM*)
characteristic returns the name of the linked object. The (*PATTE.ROLE*)
characteristic returns the description of the role of the current object
played in the free link.
[Target
object] When a free object with a target to another object is created, the
icon of this free object is now in accordance with the type of object selected
as target.
[Target
object] The target object (link providing the ability to access an object)
is used in two cases : either from a free object or from the free link for the
linked objects. The list displaying the objects and the types is now in
accordance with the meta model (the new types of objects are now taken into
account).
[Script
generation] An option has been added for the DBMS script generation to
dissociate the creation of the tablespace/storage as they are assigned to the
objects. It is now possible to generate a DBMS script without tablespaces
creation, but with their affectation to the tables / index / constraint.
["Insert
image" function] The "Insert image" function worked only
with wmf files. From now on, every types of image files (gif, bmp, ...) can be
inserted.
[Query]
When a criterion is created on NOM_STEREOTYPE, the list of the actual
stereotypes is now available in the values.
[Query]
When a query with parameters is executed, the possible values are displayed
in the pulling list.
[Business
Process module] A check box has been added in the wizard for
decomposition, to disable the generation of the context (flows, ...).
Corrections
1. Creation of a new model, with a table and a column with a
user type.

The problem concerning selection
in the Progress scripts generation has been corrected.
[Icons printing] Sometimes, according to the printer
type, the icons were not correctly printed.
[Pop up menu of the objects]
The « Associated free objets » function of
the pop up menu has been suppressed.
[Intranet documentation] A
failure occured when several users were simultaneously connected to generate
the intranet documentation, as the locking was
not working properly.
[Associated
icons] When icons have been associated to the objects in the profile and
if these icons were no longer physically accessible (if a file has been
moved for instance), the icons disappeared in the profile.
[Updating
scripts] The adding of columns in a same table is now done in the right
order in the updating scripts, for DBSM having the ALTER ADD COLUM
instruction as Oracle 9i.
[Dictionary]
The "free objet creation" function is available again in the
pop up menu of the dictionary. The free object is automatically created with
the object selected in the dictionary as target.
[WMF
export] The wmf export of the diagram image was not always working
properly.
[Profile]
When an object was added in the palette, the object preview was not displayed.
[Query]
The execution was not working properly if the last criterion or last link was
suppressed.

[Copy/Paste] The copy/paste with shortcut creation
of an object containing dataitems (entity, relationship, table, class, ...)
and having a custimized picture assigned to, involved a fatal error.

[Identifier attribute]
A fatal error occured as a dataitem was added to an object (entity, relationship, table, ...)
to which a custimized picture has been previously assigned.

[Free object] As the target of a free object was affected
to a diagram, a crash occured if the "View diagram" buttom was used
before validation with OK.

Corrections
The alternate keys were
neither generated in the script nor in the database update.
[SQL views - Free characteristics] Free characteristics of
the SQL views have been added in the DBMS drivers. The following variables
have been added :

WD:SQLVIEWFREEFIELDB
WD:SQLVIEWFREEFIELDC
[Adding columns in PK, AK, Index] In case of
multiselection, using the "Add in ..." function of the right-click
menu, a problem occurred in the columns order.
[Oracle 9i : Comments reverse ]
Comments were not reversed with ODBC.
[Access generation] Tables were not created in Access,
if there were several columns having a character type and length 255 (10).
[SQL Server - Comments reverse and generation] Comments
on tables and columns were not managed.

The function was not working if activated from the style bar.

The characteristic of the link "Role B" aimed to "Role
A"

[Profile updating] Correction of a dysfunction
leading to the loss of stereotypes in the grahic options of the
common objects, specific to a diagram.

(*CARACT_ETENDUE.NOM*) keyword for the activities returned the name of the
object instead of the extended characteristic.

fatal error occured when the activity was modified and then the

Correction of a dysfunction in the Undo-Redo function as a decision link was
created.

[Decomposition] A wizard is now available for a
process or domain decomposition.

[Drawing a link - Undo] A fatal error
occured as the Undo function was used after a link drawing.

[Sequence diagram - Object name display] The
modification of the name display option caused a fatal error.

[Changing a language]
If the language had been changed, a fatal error occured at the diagram
saving.
